View Payouts and Your Stripe Balance

Money your customers pay goes to your school's Stripe balance first, then out to your bank on a schedule. The Payouts tab shows where every dollar is and when it should land.

Open Payouts

Open Billing > Payouts. You can also click View details on the Future Payouts card at the top of Billing.

Read the balance cards

• Pending: paid by customers but still clearing at Stripe. ACH bank payments show up here once they clear, about 4 business days.
• Ready for next payout: cleared and waiting for your next payout.
• On the way to bank: payouts already sent that haven't reached your bank yet.
• Total volume: every card and bank payment since you connected Stripe, before fees and refunds.

Below the cards, a line tells you when the next payout arrives.

Review payout history

The history table lists each payout with its Date, Amount, Status, the date it Arrives, and the destination bank. Click a payout to see the fee, net amount, payout ID, and the tax collected on the invoices it includes.

The Refund movement table shows refunds and who covered each one.

Send a manual payout

New accounts are set up to pay out weekly. If you need money sooner:

1. On the bank account card, click Payout. It appears when payouts are enabled and at least $1 is available.
2. In Pay Out to Bank, review Available and Recommended max.
3. Enter the Payout amount and click Pay out.

Sky Schedule recommends keeping at least $1,000 in your Stripe balance to cover refunds and chargebacks. You'll see a warning if less would remain. Manual payouts use Stripe's standard bank transfer timing.

Change your bank or payout settings

Open Billing > Settings, find Sky Schedule Payments, and choose Manage > Open payout portal. That opens your Stripe Express account.

Who can see payouts

Admins, and instructors with Enable Billing, can view the Payouts tab. Only admins can send a manual payout.

Troubleshooting

• No Payout button. Payouts may be paused, or less than $1 is available. Check Capabilities in the profile panel for Payouts enabled.
• "Payout amount exceeds available balance." Only money in Ready for next payout can be paid out. Pending payments must clear first.
• "Connect a bank in onboarding to see payout details here." Finish Stripe onboarding and add a bank account.
• Payouts paused. Stripe needs more information. Check Billing > Settings > Account status for what's missing.
