Integrations Settings

Integrations connects Sky Schedule to the other tools your school uses. Open Settings from the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Integrations.

Each integration has a Learn More link that explains it and a Connect button. Once it's set up, the button changes to Connected.

Who can connect what

• Admins and office admins can connect everything.
• Instructors with Settings access can connect their own Google Calendar and turn on Compliance. The rest of the list is hidden from them, with the note "Only admins can connect the school's other integrations."

The integrations

• Flight Tracking: live ADS-B tracks and flight history for your fleet, shown on the Overview map and the Flights page. It's a paid add-on that also includes Postcards. See See ADS-B Flight Tracks and Live Flights.
• Google Calendar: copies your reservations to your own Google Calendar. It's one-way, from Sky Schedule to Google, and each person connects their own. See Connect Google Calendar.
• Gmail: lets you email CRM leads from your school's own Gmail or Outlook, with replies showing on the lead. See Connect Gmail or Outlook to the CRM.
• Postcards: keepsake PDFs of each completed flight with a route map and your Google review link. Included with Flight Tracking. See Send a Flight Postcard.
• QuickBooks: sends paid invoices to QuickBooks Online. See Sync Invoices to QuickBooks Online.
• Compliance (beta): checks documents, inspections, and squawks against upcoming flights and adds Compliance to the sidebar. See Track Medicals and Document Expirations.
• API Keys: a read-only key for pulling reservations, flights, and rosters into your own tools. See Create an API Key.
• GoHighLevel: syncs leads and contacts between your GoHighLevel sub-account and the CRM. See Connect GoHighLevel.
• Mailchimp: connects your Mailchimp account. Nothing syncs to your audiences yet.

Calendar Export (just you)

When you add a single reservation to your calendar from the schedule, Sky Schedule uses your preferred calendar. Turn on Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Only one can be on at a time.

Logbook (school-wide)

Turn on logbook exports to add a download on completed flights that pilots can import into their electronic logbook. Each format has its own switch.

Troubleshooting

• "Only admins can connect the school's other integrations." Ask an admin to connect it.
• Google Calendar shows Connected for you but not a coworker. Each person connects their own calendar.
• An integration still shows Connect after you set it up. The connection didn't finish. Click Connect and complete the sign-in again.
