Customization Settings

Customization controls how Sky Schedule looks: your branding, the schedule, the Overview, the sidebar, and maps. Open Settings from the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Customization.

Some of these settings change the app for everyone at your school. Others only change it for you. Each one below says which.

White Label (school-wide)

Upload your school's logo for the light and dark sidebar. It also shows on sign-up widgets, invoice PDFs, and postcards. Only admins see this part. See Add Your School's Logo and Name.

Schedule Entries (school-wide)

Pick how reservations look on the schedule. Each choice shows a preview of a dual flight block, so you can see the difference before you pick. Click one to use it.

Current Timeline (school-wide)

Pick the style of the line that marks the current time across the schedule.

Appearance (just you)

Choose Light, Dark, or System. System follows your computer's setting. This is saved to your account, so it follows you to other computers. You can also switch with the light and dark toggle in the Settings sidebar.

Overview Metrics (school-wide)

Pick the four numbers across the top of the admin Overview and the larger featured panel below them. See Customize Your Overview Dashboard.

Sidebar (school-wide)

Change the order of the admin sidebar, or hide Training, Reservations, and Flights if your school doesn't use them.

1. Next to Customize Sidebar, click Customize.
2. Drag tabs into the order you want, and hide the ones you don't need.
3. Click Save.

Preferred Map Style (just you)

Choose the look every map in Sky Schedule opens with, such as the Overview flight map and flight tracks. Each choice shows a preview around your home airport. Picking one saves right away. Some styles show as dark while the app is in dark mode.

Tips

• Set your logo before you send sign-up links, so new people see your school's branding from the first screen.
• Keep Training, Reservations, and Flights visible until your staff knows where things live.

Troubleshooting

• White Label is missing. Only admins can change the logo.
• A change didn't show for someone else. Appearance and Preferred Map Style are personal. Each person sets their own, from Settings or their profile.
• Customize is grayed out. Your school's account isn't set up for this yet. Contact Sky Schedule support from Settings > Support.
