How does switching to Sky Schedule work?

Onboarding is simple and fast. In your current software, export your active members/people list (CSV or Excel). Upload that file directly into Sky Schedule, and we will show everyone with their name, email, phone number, and role. Then you can send invites one by one or invite everyone to join your organization.

How do payments and invoicing work?

We partner with Stripe for fully embedded payment processing, reporting, and in-platform transactions inside Sky Schedule. You can bill flights from Hobbs times, create custom invoices, and let students make payments and balances directly in-platform. We also partner with QuickBooks and Xero for exports and accounting workflows.

How fast can we get started?

You can sign up on your own or use our personalized onboarding. Add your aircraft, invite instructors and students, connect your payment processor, and you are ready to go.

Will this work for small and large schools?

Yes. Sky Schedule is built to be simple and secure to use while still powerful. We prioritize user experience so daily tasks stay quick and intuitive, with advanced controls when you need them and fewer clicks overall. It works for single-instructor schools and scales to enterprise.

Can we import our existing data?
