Aviation keeps getting better. The office behind it should too.

Our founding team grew up around aviation. We've spent our lives at airports, and we've seen how much a flight school asks of the few people who keep it running.

Aviation is one of the most innovative industries in the world. Every year the airplanes get safer and the avionics get smarter. But behind the counter, the schedule lives in one place, the invoices in another, and the training records and paperwork somewhere else. People fill the gaps with spreadsheets, phone calls, and late nights.

We started Sky Schedule to close those gaps: scheduling, billing, training records, maintenance, and the CRM, built as one system for the way flight schools actually work. We're based at McClellan-Palomar Airport (KCRQ) in Carlsbad, California, close enough to the ramp to hear the run-ups.

For two years we've worked side by side with some of the best flight schools in the country, and we still do.

Not through slide decks and canned demos, but through long conversations about dispatch, instructors, aircraft, and the small operational details that never show up on a feature list. Those conversations are the reason Sky Schedule feels like it was built inside a flight school. In a lot of ways, it was.
