Email from your own inbox
Connect Gmail or Outlook once. Messages go out from your address, and replies show up in the lead's thread.
Sky Schedule includes a flight school CRM built around the two ways most people find a flight school: a form on your website or a discovery flight. Leads land in one pipeline, you answer them from your school's own Gmail or Outlook, and when someone is ready to start training you invite them as a student from the lead. Because the CRM lives in the same system as the schedule and billing, nobody types a name, email, or phone number twice.

Save templates with attachments, then let AI tighten a draft before you send it.
Drag leads between stages, set a follow-up date, and keep notes and tasks on each lead.
Build lead forms with booking times, signatures, file uploads, and a payment field, then embed them on your site.
Guests pick a package, an instructor, and a time that instructor is free, then pay through Stripe.
Invite a lead as a student. The profile keeps when they inquired and which package they bought.
Most flight school leads start in one of two places, and Sky Schedule handles both.
Website forms. The Form Builder covers the fields a flight school asks for: name, email, phone, address, dropdowns, dates and times, weight in pounds for weight and balance, file uploads, a signature, and a payment field with checkout. Pick a style, publish, and embed the form on your site. If you run ads, add your Google Ads conversion ID or Meta Pixel ID to your forms and the Discovery Flight widget so your ad accounts can see which clicks turned into bookings.
The Discovery Flight widget. Put your packages and prices on your website. If you show instructors, turn on availability and guests choose an instructor first, then see only the days and times that instructor is actually free. Times marked Instructor unavailable and flights already on the schedule are never offered. The guest pays through Stripe and gets a receipt, and the lead appears in your CRM with the booking attached.
Admins get an email when a new lead comes in, and every lead shows where it came from: a website form, a discovery flight, or added by hand. You can also import an existing lead list from a spreadsheet or pull contacts in from GoHighLevel.
Under CRM → Templates, connect your school's Gmail or Outlook account. From then on, every reply, follow-up, and template send goes out from your address instead of from Sky Schedule. Sky Schedule reads the replies on those threads so the whole conversation shows on the lead, and the email activity shows which address each message went out from.
If several people work leads, turn on per-admin inboxes and each office admin connects the inbox they send from. Anyone who hasn't connected falls back to the school address. Automated sends keep using the school inbox.
Templates hold your standard answers: discovery flight confirmations, pricing, "how do I get started" replies. Attach a price sheet or a welcome packet, set a reply-to address, and use AI polish to clean up a draft before it goes. Arlo, the in-app assistant, can draft and send lead emails through the same connection after you confirm.
The CRM opens to Inbound Leads. Switch between a pipeline board and a table, filter by status or source, and sort by follow-up date.
To see whether discovery flights are turning into students, the Reports page has a discovery flight conversion chart and a Leads report you can group by status, source, or month. See flight school reporting for the rest.
Postcards. Turn a past flight into a keepsake PDF with the route map, the check-out selfie, and a link to leave your school a Google review. Email it to the customer while the flight is still fresh.
GoHighLevel. If your marketing runs in GoHighLevel, connect your sub-account under Settings → Integrations. Preview who is new, pull contacts into the CRM (notes, tasks, and pipeline can come along), and send Sky Schedule leads back to GoHighLevel. Turn on the daily sync and it runs at the end of each day. Imports only add people who aren't already in your CRM, matched by email, and never change or remove your existing leads.
Text messaging. SMS Messaging is a paid add-on ($49 a month) that sets your school up with a Twilio sending number for texting students and instructors.
Yes. Connect Gmail or Outlook under CRM → Templates and messages go out from that address. Each office admin can also connect their own inbox, with the school inbox as the fallback.
Yes. Sky Schedule reads the replies on the threads it started, so the lead's page shows the whole conversation. You can also jump to the thread in Gmail.
Yes. The Discovery Flight widget shows your packages and prices, lets the guest pick an instructor and an open time, and takes payment through Stripe. The booking and the lead show up in Sky Schedule together.
Yes. Connect your GoHighLevel sub-account to pull contacts into the CRM and send leads back, either on demand or with a daily sync. Imports only add new contacts and never overwrite your leads.
Yes. Leads can be imported from a spreadsheet during setup, and our switching program covers moving the rest of your school's data.
