Stripe payments
Card payments online, Apple Pay on supported devices, and charges to a saved bank account, paid out to your school's own Stripe account.
Sky Schedule's flight school software integrations connect the schedule to the tools a school already pays for: Stripe for payments, QuickBooks Online for the books, Google Calendar for personal calendars, Gmail or Outlook for lead email, and GoHighLevel for marketing. An admin sets them up under Settings → Integrations, and most take one sign-in. If you're coming from other software, we import your data so you don't start from a blank schedule.

Paid invoices sync to QuickBooks as a customer, an invoice, and a payment, without double entry.
Reservations show up on each person's Google Calendar and update when the booking changes.
Send CRM email from your school's inbox and see the replies on the lead.
Connect Claude, Cursor, or Grok to read the schedule and take actions, within daily limits.
Pull reservations, flights, rosters, and maintenance records into your own dashboards.
Stripe. Sky Schedule Payments runs on Stripe Connect, so each school has its own connected Stripe account and payouts go to your bank. Students pay invoices online by card, with Apple Pay on supported devices. After a flight, staff can charge a card or bank account the student keeps on file, for example through Auto Billing, and students can top up a prepaid balance online. The same Stripe connection powers discovery flight checkout, payment links, gift cards, memberships, and packages. Payouts follow Stripe's standard schedule.
QuickBooks Online. Connect your QuickBooks Online company once. When an invoice is marked paid in Sky Schedule, whether it's a flight, a package, or a membership, Sky Schedule sends it to QuickBooks: it finds the customer by email (or creates one), creates the invoice, and records the payment. Your bookkeeper reconciles in QuickBooks without retyping anything from the schedule. See flight school billing software for how invoices get built in the first place.
Google Calendar. Each person connects their own Google account under Settings, and their upcoming reservations sync to their calendar. Admins see the full school schedule; instructors and students see only their own bookings. When a reservation is created or changed in Sky Schedule, the Google event updates. The sync runs one way, from Sky Schedule to Google, so the reservation in Sky Schedule is always the one to go by. Anyone can also add a single reservation to Apple Calendar, Outlook, or Google with an .ics file.
Gmail and Outlook. In the CRM, connect your school's Gmail or Outlook account and lead emails go out from your address. Sky Schedule reads the replies on those threads so the full conversation shows on the lead. Each office admin can connect their own inbox, with the school inbox as the fallback. Workflows built with Arlo send from your connected Gmail too. Gmail tokens are encrypted at rest, and disconnecting revokes access at Google.
GoHighLevel. Connect your GoHighLevel sub-account to preview contacts, pull them into the Sky Schedule CRM (with notes, tasks, and pipeline if you want them), and send Sky Schedule leads back. Turn on the daily sync and it runs at the end of each day. Imports only add people who aren't already in the CRM, matched by email, and never change or remove your leads.
SMS through Twilio. SMS Messaging is a paid add-on ($49 a month) that sets your school up with a Twilio sending number for texting students and instructors.
Claude and MCP agents. Sky Schedule hosts an MCP server. An admin clicks Connect under Integrations, and Sky Schedule creates the school's API key and copies the setup: a custom connector for Claude on the web, and a JSON config for Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Grok. The agent sends the key as a bearer header on each request. Connected agents can read reservations, flights, customers, instructors, aircraft, leads, and maintenance, and can book flights, complete flights, update Hobbs and Tach, create work orders, and draft invoices. Each school gets 1,000 MCP requests a day, up to 200 of them writes, and every tool call is recorded. AI agents for flight schools covers what an agent can do.
REST API. For your own reports and scripts, the read-only REST API returns reservations, flights, customers, instructors, comments, work orders, squawks, inspections, inventory, and reminders, up to 100 records per request and 100 requests per school per UTC day. Aircraft and CRM leads are only available through MCP. The developer docs list every endpoint.
Switching doesn't mean retyping. During setup, admins can import people, the reservation schedule, invoices, prepaid balances, aircraft, inspections, and CRM leads from your previous software's exports and spreadsheets. Where supported, training history comes over directly from your previous software. Most imports show a preview first, so you can match people and check rows before anything is saved. Aircraft photos can be pulled from your school's website. Our switching program walks you through it.
Yes. When an invoice is marked paid in Sky Schedule, it syncs to QuickBooks Online as a customer, an invoice, and a payment. That includes flights, packages, and memberships.
No. Reservations sync from Sky Schedule to Google Calendar, and the Google event updates when the reservation changes. Events created in Google Calendar don't come back into Sky Schedule, so block instructor time off on the Sky Schedule schedule.
Students pay online by card, and Apple Pay works on supported devices. Staff can also charge a card or bank account the student has saved on file, and mark an invoice paid by hand when someone pays in cash. Everything runs through your school's Stripe account.
Yes. Sky Schedule hosts an MCP server that works with Claude on the web, Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Grok. An admin connects it from Settings → Integrations.

Yes. Sky Schedule imports people, schedules, invoices, balances, aircraft, inspections, and leads from exports and spreadsheets, and most imports let you preview rows before anything is saved. Training history can come over too where your previous software supports it.
