Build a Form and Embed It on Your Website
For Admin
The Form Builder makes forms for your website: a contact form, an enrollment application, or a sign-up for a ground school. Every submission becomes a lead in CRM > Inbound Leads. You can have up to 4 forms.
Build the form
- Open CRM > Widgets and choose Form Builder Widget.
- Enter a Form name, such as "Enrollment form".
- Pick a Style, Header color, Font, and Embed width to match your site. Add a Subtitle if you like.
- Click Add field and pick a type. Field types include:
- Name, Email, Phone, Address, Short text, Long text, Number, Weight (lbs), Website
- Dropdown, Radio, Checkbox, Date, Time
- Timeslot booking and Availability ranges to collect when someone wants to fly
- Section, Banner image, Formatted text, and Link for layout
- Payment and Payment options to take a payment with the form
- Click a field to edit its Label, Placeholder, options, and whether it's Required. Drag fields to reorder them.
- Check the Live preview.
- Click Save and publish. The live form opens in a new tab.
Embed or share it
- Click Copy in the toolbar. It's available once the form is published.
- Choose HTML embed to paste the form into your website, or Public link to share it in an email or social post.
- Click Copy.
After you edit a published form, click Update live to push the changes.
Track ad conversions
Click Pixel to add a Google Ads conversion ID and label, or a Meta pixel ID. A conversion fires each time someone submits the form.
What happens on submit
The visitor sees a thank-you message, and a new lead appears in Inbound Leads with the source Form submission and their answers attached.
Tips
- Click Build Another Form to start a new one. The strip at the top shows your forms and which ones are live.
- For discovery flights, the Discovery Flight widget has packages and instructor selection built in.
Troubleshooting
- Payment fields don't take payments. Connect Stripe in Billing first. Until then, visitors can still submit without paying.
- Copy is grayed out. Publish the form first with Save and publish.
- Deleting a form stops its embed link from working. Leads already received stay in the CRM.
