Connect GoHighLevel

If your school runs marketing in GoHighLevel, connect it so contacts and leads move between GoHighLevel and the Sky Schedule CRM. Each school connects one GoHighLevel sub-account.

Before you start

You need an admin account in Sky Schedule and access to the GoHighLevel sub-account (location) your school uses.

Connect

1. Open Settings > Integrations.
2. Click Connect on GoHighLevel (or Learn More, then Connect HighLevel).
3. Sign in to GoHighLevel and pick your sub-account when it asks.
4. You're sent back to Sky Schedule and see HighLevel connected.

Sky Schedule only asks for access to contacts, opportunities, and calendars.

Sync contacts and leads

1. Open CRM > Inbound Leads.
2. Click the Connected to button with the GoHighLevel icon.
3. Choose what to bring over: Contacts, Notes, and Tasks.
4. Click Preview to see how many contacts are new and how many are already in your CRM.
5. Click Start syncing to import, or Send to HighLevel to push your CRM leads to GoHighLevel.

Turn on Sync automatically each day to import new GoHighLevel contacts once a day.

How it works

• Start syncing imports GoHighLevel contacts that have an email as CRM leads with the source GoHighLevel. Contacts already in your CRM (matched by email) are skipped.
• With Notes and Tasks on, recent GoHighLevel notes and task titles are added to the lead's notes.
• Send to HighLevel sends CRM leads that have an email to GoHighLevel. People already there are updated, not duplicated.
• The daily automatic sync only imports. Sending to GoHighLevel is always manual.

Disconnect

Open Settings > Integrations > GoHighLevel, click Disconnect, and confirm with Yes, disconnect. Leads already imported stay in your CRM.

Troubleshooting

• "Pick a sub-account (location) when HighLevel asks." Connect again and choose a location on GoHighLevel's screen.
• "HighLevel stopped accepting this connection." Click Reconnect.
• Contacts are missing after import. Contacts without an email address aren't imported.
• "Only school admins can connect this account for the school." Ask an admin to connect it.
