Get the Sky Schedule iOS App

The Sky Schedule app puts your school's schedule on your iPhone or iPad. Instructors check out and complete flights from the ramp, and customers book and see their lessons without opening a laptop. It uses the same account as the web app.

Before you start

• An iPhone or iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later.
• A Sky Schedule account. You create your account from your school's sign-up link on the web. The app doesn't create accounts.

Download the app

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store.
2. Search for Sky Schedule OS and tap Get.

You can also click Download App at the bottom of the sidebar in the web app. It opens the App Store listing.

On your home screen, the app is called Sky Schedule.

Sign in

1. Open the app.
2. Enter the email and password you use on the web.
3. Leave Remember me on if you want the app to remember your email.
4. Tap Sign in.
5. If you belong to more than one school, pick one on Choose flight school.
6. When the app asks, allow notifications so you hear about new reservations, comments, and Team Chat messages.

Next time, the app opens the last school you used.

Get around

Tap the menu button in the top corner to open the side menu. It lists the sections your role can use, such as Schedule, Reservations, Aircraft, and Maintenance. Tap your name at the bottom of the menu to open your profile, change appearance, switch schools, or log out.

Switch schools

Open your profile and tap a school under Schools & roles. Your current school is marked Current.

Tips

• The app opens in dark mode. To change it, open App preferences from your profile (staff with Settings access find it under Settings > This phone) and pick Light, Dark, or System.
• Turn on automatic app updates on your iPhone or iPad so you always have the newest version.
• Add a Sky Schedule widget to your home screen to see your next flight at a glance.

Troubleshooting

• Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. It opens the reset page in your browser. See Sign In and Reset Your Password.
• "No organization access for this account." Your account isn't linked to a school yet. Use your school's sign-up link on the web first.
• The app says your access is waiting for approval. Your school approves new accounts. Contact them, then sign in again.
• You don't see a section someone else has. Menus depend on your role and the permissions your school gives you.
