End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Baumann Systems LLC, doing business as Sky Schedule ("Licensor"), grants you ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Sky Schedule software platform at app.skyschedule.io solely for your internal flight school, FBO, or personal flight training management purposes. This license is granted for the duration of your active subscription.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the software or any portion of it. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You may not use the software to build a competing product or service. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software. You may not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission.

3. Ownership

Sky Schedule and all its components, including the software, design, code, databases, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Baumann Systems LLC. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content you upload or generate within the platform.

4. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the software at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the software after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

5. No Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Baumann Systems LLC does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the software is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baumann Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding any claim.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any provision of this agreement. We may also terminate this license at any time with notice. Upon termination you must cease all use of the software and any downloaded or cached portions of it.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Michigan.

9. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Baumann Systems LLC regarding your use of the software and supersedes any prior agreements.
